Background and brief
KultraLab is a VC-funded EdTech start-up. Their product uses mobile technology, AI and behavioural science to fuse together unique workforce performance tools.
Our task was to create the brand and launch it – from its positioning and logo to the website and whitepapers – all in 12 weeks.
How we used content to connect
With timings tight, we used an agile approach, consisting of a series of tailored sprints. We conducted competitor and whitespace analyses, stakeholder interviews and a
series of workshops over a two-week period. The output? A KultraLab brand key with a defined brand purpose, mission, positioning, USPs, tone of voice and values.
We used our brand key to inform our creative brief. From this, we created a brand toolkit, comprising logos, lock-ups, tone of voice, templates, social assets, brand imagery and brand guidelines.

We built a category-leading website – a parallax scrolling site with dynamic content at the heart of it. Our team also developed a suite of best-in-class sales materials – from pitch deck to explainer videos.
In addition, to support KultraLab’s launch at the World Retail Congress, we crafted and designed a piece of industry-leading IP used as a tool to garner leads.
Impact
The success of the launch work has led us to be retained as
KultraLab’s marketing agency of record.
